What Do I Need?Â
 • wear comfortable clothing
  • a yoga mat, water bottle (stay high-drated), and any props, blankets etc you need to be comfortable. •have your smoke or edible of choice before you arrive or as you arrive.  Â
What Can I Expect?
 •Arrive: 4:20Â
•Alter your StateÂ
•Settle in: 4:30 Ceremony Begins
•Bolsters, blocks and blankets are available. (Limited)Â
•Get comfortableÂ
•Guide you through a breathing exercise that will ground you and drop you into your body.Â
•Do a group Tarot Card Read to set our intention for our circle gathering. (Don’t mind us we’re just Bong-ding)
•Talk about the moon and the starsÂ
•Do a guided Visual Chakra meditation with free flowing, creative artwork  (paint, sketch, doodle, you do you)- we will have some supplies feel free to bring your own.
• Do a movement meditation and some yogaÂ
• Bliss out in an extra long savasana with savasana adjustments and infused with reiki and sound therapy.Â
• Close our circle ceremony. And that’s it! Your Ganja have a good time!
