5PM- Full Moon Circle; bring a yoga mat, water bottle, journal, pen, and wear comfortable clothing. Option to bring crystals to be charged.
Sharing Circle + Women's Empowerment Talk: Open up with others in the community and recognize the support in one another's voice, story and experiences. Feel empowered by the strength of vulnerability to share. A guest motivational speaker will be coming to talk on the power of community, nature and togetherness.
Grounding Practice + Intro to Sound Bowls: Connect to Mother Earth's energy and ground into your body in a guided practice as Kate introduces you to her band (the crystal singing bowls).
