Into the Body Events are a full body experience designed to drop you into your body and out of your ego, judgmental mindset to begin to open up the heart and soul for the meditative and expansive flow of Ecstatic Dance. What to expect? Opening Ceremony, creating sacred space Grounding Meditation Oracle Card Pull & Sharing Grandmother Rose infused Cacao Ceremony Gentle Heart Opening Yoga Flow Heart Chakra Activation Meridian Flow (Chinese medicine) to open up energetic pathways in the body DJ Ecstatic Dance Integration Sound Bath & Reiki Closing Ceremony What to Bring/Wear? Wear comfortable flowy clothing. *if wearing a dress or skirt know that we will be doing Yoga stretches too Water Bottle Yoga Mat Any crystals or alter items you would like to charge in our Sweet Freedom space Journal & Pen Props/ blanket or pillow from home (lots of props available to use as well) Where?
