Each month, Mystic Moon Sisters invites you to join our Mystic Moon Circles, a sacred space of reflection, connection, and renewal held at Sweet Freedom Yoga Studio. These circles are offered by donation, making them accessible to all who feel the call to come home to themselves and to community.

🌙 What Are Mystic Moon Circles?

Mystic Moon Circles are monthly gatherings aligned with the energy of the full moon — a time of illumination, release, and transformation. In these circles, we explore the themes of the lunar phase and how they mirror our own lives. Through self-inquiry, meditation, gentle movement, and Reiki-infused energy work, we open our hearts to the wisdom that lives within and all around us.

Each circle includes:

✨ Guided meditation and breathwork to ground and connect

✨ Group reflection and open-hearted sharing

✨ Reiki energy healing to restore balance and flow

✨ Gentle movement or ritual inspired by the moon’s energy

It’s a space where you can show up exactly as you are — to listen, to share, to be witnessed.

Mystic Moon Circles are open to all - women, men, and non-binary beings who feel drawn to the rhythms of the moon and the healing power of community. Whether you’re new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll find a space that welcomes you.
