Sound & Meditation with Kate I offer personalized Sound Healing and Meditation sessions to help you feel lighter, calmer, and more connected to yourself. During my Sound Healing sessions, I work with quartz crystal singing bowls to create a gentle sound “massage” that moves through and around your body. The vibrations reach deep into the cells, clearing energy blockages, easing tension, and restoring harmony. These sessions are especially helpful when you’re feeling heavy, stuck, or ready to release and renew. In my 1:1 Meditation sessions, I guide you through simple, practical techniques that make it easier to quiet your mind and find stillness — even on the busiest days. Together, we’ll explore ways to bring mindfulness and peace into your daily life in ways that feel natural and enjoyable. You can also add sound bowls to any Reiki session with one of our Moon Sisters for a deeply immersive healing experience that blends energy work and vibration medicine. Each session I offer is intuitive, grounding, and uniquely tailored to meet you where you are — helping you return to your natural rhythm of balance and ease.
