Reiki is a laying-on of hands healing technique thousands of years old. It is thought to originate as a Japanese, Buddhist practice and was rediscovered for the modern world by Dr. Usui. It is a very simple yet powerful technique that is a compliment to any and all other medical treatments. Reiki, pronounced ray-key, is the gentle channeling of energy, is a way to let go of the unwanted stresses, old baggage and dis-eases. Reiki energizes the entire being—mind, body and spirit. This deep healing brings homeostasis in ones life—a perfect balance custom made just for you. In this workshop you will be taught the Usui Reiki that is easily adapted by the Western world and quickly assimilated into your life. Reiki is learning to use the energy of the Universe to heal yourself and others. In Level I & II Usui Reiki you will learn: How to perform a Reiki treatments for yourself and others The importance of Chakras and Meditation How to use each Reiki symbol How to give and send long distance Reiki to heal others How Reiki works with mother nature, pets and wild animals This class includes a Manual, 3 Reiki Attunements and REIKI Certificate. This will be a wonderful weekend. What to Bring? Wear comfy clothes and bring a snack/lunch. Bring any of your favorite gems/stones. Get plenty of rest on the night before. We will send out your manual once you are registered *Please print it out and have your manuals ready for the Sunday. Reiki does not require you to change your beliefs or your lifestyle.
